Take a Break is for ladies of all ages and backgrounds to come and take a break from whatever is going on in their lives. There is coffee, goodies, ears to listen; a place of encouragement. Childcare is provided for your little ones.
Take a Break is every Friday, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, at the Terrace Evangelical Free Church (beside the medical building).
Come and check us out. Bring a friend. Relax.
